Summary of Changes from Previous Version

A major review was conducted to ensure compliance with several guidelines and codes, including the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research (2018), the NHMRC Authorship guide (2019), and the NHMRC Publication and Dissemination guide. The review also aligned with the revised UOW Managing and Investigating Potential Breaches of the Research Code Policy (April 2024) and adhered to the Higher Education Standards Framework. Additionally, the review aimed to align with existing UOW policies not previously mentioned, reflect current research practices and feedback, and improve grammar and style while updating or removing outdated and redundant information.
