Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Key changes to the International Education Agent Policy include:


More Flexible Agent Appointment Criteria


Integration of PRISMS Performance Data into Agent Monitoring and Appointment PRISMS data,  


Clarification of Sub-Agent Liability and Remediation Process .


Deletion of Clause 56


Inclusion of Modern Slavery and Ethical Recruitment in Training New training requirements include explicit content on modern slavery risks and responsible recruitment practices. This supports UOW’s compliance with external obligations (e.g. Modern Slavery Act) and internal ethical commitments.


Improved Policy Language and Structural Edits Multiple updates have been made to: Clarify responsibilities of UOWGE, UOW Admissions, and agents Improve internal consistency and readability. 


The policy owner has been updated from UOWGE Global Recruitment to Future Students and International Engagement Division.
