Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Student Critical Incident Guideline is replaced by this Student Critical Incident Procedure. This was the result of a comprehensive review to ensure and strengthen legislative compliance with the Educational Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) National Code 2018 and in the retention and use of personal information.
