This is the first document to be published in the University's new Policy Library. It is basically equivalent to the document that was approved and effect at the time the migration occurred, except for the numbering system and references, which have been updated to align with the new formatting and current requirements. 21 5 October 2023 Vice-Chancellor and President • Clauses restructured to improve readability and to align with steps in the appeals process. • References to Stage 1 and Stage 2 appeals removed • Clarification that acceptance of appeals received after the 20-day deadline will be determined by the Chair of the FEAC in line with current practice. • Clauses 12.8 to 12.13 added • Clause 12.15 added • Minor amendments to the Terms of Reference to reflect the above changes. Students on Restricted status actively prevented from enrolling in subjects without first seeking academic advice. Restricted students achieving satisfactory course progress will be returned to a status of referral. Minimum rate of progress of 6 credit points per year included. Appeal exclusion process amended, with first stage devolved to faculties for consideration.

10 - 2 December 2016 - Vice-Chancellor - Amendments related to nomenclature changes related to the School of Medicine (previously Graduate School of Medicine) and the MD offering.
