Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Changes include:
- amendments to reflect changes in delegations allowing professional staff in the Student Services Division (SSD), who have the specialised training, to handle and finalise the specified coursework enquiries and applications where clear principles and/or precedents exist, and to escalate complex cases that fall outside of this scope to delegated academic specialists;
- embedding elements of the 888-curriculum model, providing more flexibility to the cross-counting provisions;
- removing references to the general schedule of minors (and majors), as these are now referenced in the Course Design Procedures;
- clarifying a range of operational processes, including late enrolment and withdrawal approval timeframes, and WAM calculations for repeat/equivalent subjects;
- clarification around students approved to enrol after census not being eligible for commonwealth support, even for circumstances outside student error;
- updating the course list (Appendix 1);
- clarifications around the extenuating circumstances the Delegated Authority may approve declarations of majors and minors outside of a student's enrolled course;
- addition of Enrolment & Progression Specialist as an attendee at Faculty Exclusion Appeals Committees for the purposes of taking minutes and documenting outcomes.
