Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Update to Clause 129 and 130 to allow the Vice-Chancellor to confer posthumous awards for students who have completed the requirements of their degree or a substantial part of it on recommendation from the Executive Dean of the Faculty and the Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic and Student Life.
