Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Academic Misconduct (Coursework) Procedure and Academic Misconduct Outcome Guideline have been reviewed as part of the scheduled review of the Academic Integrity Policy Suite which commenced in mid-2023.
Once the proposed amendments have been approved the changes will be rolled out as per the implementation presented to Academic Senate. Phase three of the proposed changes will necessitate updates to the Academic Misconduct Management BPM system and will also require additional resources and training to be developed to support decision makers.
Key changes to language, outcomes, subject coordinator role, student experience, AIO role, replacing committees with a delegated authority, establishing an Office of Academic Integrity.
