Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Amendments improve oversight of external accreditation. This also requires a consequential amendment to the Course Policy to capture a new definition of external accreditation. Some changes to delegations are also required. Additional minor amendments are proposed to simplify and align the documented course review
procedures with practice. The proposed changes to the fast-track process and introduction of an accreditation monitoring process was considered and endorsed in principle by Academic Senate in September 2024.
